Who is responsible for your information
OPHARMA LIMITED (company number 09229696), trading as Aumbry, is the controller for information collected through this website. Privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@aumbry.co.uk.
Information we collect
The enquiry form collects a name, work email, company, service selection and short project description, together with limited campaign parameters when present. Please do not submit patient information, health records or other special-category personal data.
Why we use it
Enquiry information is used to assess and respond to requests, take steps requested before a possible contract, manage related conversations and protect the website from abuse. Depending on the context, this is necessary for requested pre-contract steps or Aumbry's legitimate interests in answering business enquiries and operating a secure website.
Analytics
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate usage and performance information. Enquiry contents are not included in analytics events, and no advertising or behavioural-tracking tools are installed.
Sharing and international transfers
Vercel provides website hosting, request routing and privacy-conscious site measurement. Resend delivers accepted contact-form enquiries. Their current roles and privacy notices are listed below. Those notices explain the providers' processing locations and their approach to international transfers; Aumbry does not make a separate claim about a specific processing location here.
How long we keep information
Contact enquiries that do not become client work are kept for 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Records connected with accepted client work may need a different retention period for contractual, legal or professional reasons.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to certain use, or ask for a portable copy. Contact hello@aumbry.co.uk to exercise a right. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Retention periods
- Contact enquiries that do not become client work: 12 months after the last meaningful contact. This allows proportionate follow-up and enquiry continuity without retaining contact information indefinitely. Relevant records for accepted client work should move to the separately governed client-record retention schedule.
